Graduated in June 2022 from MScM HEC Lausanne (UNIL) and pursued a position as an intern and junior at Nestlé Research until June 2023. After my first job ended, I felt like my path had vanished overnight. I was applying everywhere but going nowhere, overwhelmed by doubts and uncertainty. Coaching helped me reconnect with my inner strengths – not just my skills, but my empathy, my sensitivity, and my true values. For the first time, I saw that being authentic wasn’t a weakness, but my greatest asset. Together, we clarified my direction, explored meaningful career fields, and built a strategy aligned with who I really am. Today, I’m not just searching for a job – I’m preparing the foundation for a life that fits me. Coaching helped me stop hiding and start becoming.
